Alexandra Heidenreich

Hello! My name is Alex and I am an occupational therapist. I graduated from the University of Queensland in 2014 and have been working in the disability and mental health sector with individuals across the lifespan. Over this time I have developed a particular interest in children’s mental health and can help with children who struggle to regulate their own emotions. I also frequently work with adults with complex psychiatric conditions and have recently completed training in dialectical behaviour therapy to further inform my practice. In addition to this, I enjoy working with young people to help them reach whatever functional goal they have set, no matter their background.

When I am not at work you’ll find me at the gym, the beach or at home hanging out with my toddler and husband.
