We have a clinical reformer service run by our women’s health physiotherapists that centers around the antenatal and postnatal time in a woman’s life. This service empowers a woman to continue to exercise throughout her pregnancy with tailored guidance from a physiotherapist in a small class of 6. If you are interested in reformer pilates with specialised input from a physiotherapist during your childbearing journey, please book an initial consultation with our team to enquire.

Please note, spaces and class availability are limited with this service due to high demand and clinician availability. If you have questions around what services we can provide, please call our team or email: womens.health@coralcoastphysio.com.au

We are excited to be in the planning and preparation process of our newest Women’s Health service that will be accessible to the Bundaberg community. We will soon be offering a 4 part lecture series aiming to offer physiotherapy education around the childbearing years of a woman’s life: Antenatal (3) and postnatal (1).
